Started my day with a smoothie. Then jumped on the bike.
A nice thing about cycling but not actually going anywhere is that I can blog, catch up on email and work related stuff, and get my workout in at the same time. Not being able to run isn't all bad.
It has its moments though. Some of those come when I'm checking things out on Instagram and see all your marvelous runs. But instead of having a little pity party, I decided to invite you all to the party! So if you want to run a mile or two for me the next time you slip on those running shoes, you can hashtag #ihaverunmiles. It will not only allow me to run vicariously through you, but it will make me smile. And we all know smiling is almost as good as running. Right?!?
And just because, here's this morning's Oatmeal Smoothie recipe.
