ReplyDeleteGreat post! Do I let others accomplishments fuel me to see where my own limits are? Absolutely! Do I feel bad about myself or feel like less of a runner because I'm not supa fast? Absolutely not! Running has always been very personal to me and the only one I'm competitive with is myself. I think that is why runners can be so supportive with each other. Speed is relative. :)
