So I'm having one of those days when everyone and everything just annoys the crap out of me. Do you ever have those days? Please tell me I'm not alone in my crazy. I'm thinking a trip to Wal-Mart first thing in the morning wasn't the best way to start things off, but it just kept going after that. I'm hoping writing this and then reading some of your blogs will rid me of my annoyance. Now on to my three things:
- If you are reading this in your Reader and you have a minute to spare, click on over and check out my blog's new look. I got rid of the black background, which I actually threw on here around Halloween and just never got around to changing. So let me know what you think. I was going for something simpler and easier on the eyes.
- Yesterday I did hill intervals on the treadmill. I haven't really done a lot of "hill" runs, but my October marathon has a few so there's no time like the present to start preparing my legs. I did 7 intervals, 2:00 each, 9:40 pace, incline between 4-6%. I don't really know what I am doing, so if you ever do hills on the treadmill, let me know what you do.
- My biggest little midge turned four last month, and I got her "4-year pictures" back this week. I know I am her mom and am extremely biased and it is cheesy and whatever, but she is an amazing little person.
RUN: I started watching Spirit of the Marathon. So far, so good!
